Know Your Rights Workshop
On March 15, 2025, BJ Council (Ret. Dep Police Chief) led her Know Your Right Workshop at both Durham Nativity School and ReCity Network. BJ did a phenomenal job educating attendees on how to safely interact with law enforcement by promoting mutual respect and understanding.
Her goal was to ensure that all parties get home safely and I certainly believe she achieved her goal. Please tune in to hear the feedback from two attendees who also felt the same way!
