You & Five-O, LLC (YFO) is an educational program created to address the unrest between law enforcement agencies and their communities. Since June 2015, the mission of YFO has been to educate participants on their civil rights and teach them how to interact appropriately with police – ensuring safety for both citizens and officers.
Beverly “BJ” Council, founder of You & Five-O and a retired Deputy Police Chief, believes in communication and community collaboration to build trust and improve relationships between law enforcement and citizens.
