Women in Construction: The Blueprint for Better Confidence and Success

I had the esteemed privilege to speak candidly to an audience of 12 amazing women on how to go about 'knocking down' the many barriers that women face within construction, in order to build them up.

I highlighted and discussed many topics such as having the courage and willingness to speak up, how to proudly walk in your feminine space authentically, and my tips on how to overcome imposter syndrome and maintain a growth mindset.
